These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vidoro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Vidoro lets you generate video content from text prompts and images using third-party AI models. Generation consumes credits from your account balance according to the pricing shown on our Pricing page, which may change from time to time.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your country.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vidoro to generate content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, depicts real people without their consent — including deepfakes, impersonation, or other misleading depictions — or contains sexually explicit or otherwise NSFW material. You may also not violate the acceptable-use policies of our underlying AI providers. Prompts are automatically screened before generation, and requests that match a prohibited category are blocked before any credits are charged. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you the rights needed to use the videos you generate, including for commercial purposes on paid plans, as described on our Pricing page.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Video generation is provided by third-party AI models. Output can be unpredictable, may not exactly match your prompt, and generation may occasionally fail after credits have been used. We work to minimize this but cannot guarantee a specific result for any given prompt.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund unused credits except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
Vidoro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vidoro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
