This Privacy Policy explains what information Vidoro ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and dashboard, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address and any name you provide when you sign up. Content you submit: text prompts and any images you upload to generate videos. Usage data: the videos you generate, credit balance and transaction history, and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account (authentication, credit balance, generation history), to process your prompts and images through our AI video generation providers, to handle billing through our payment processors, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the reliability and safety of the service.
Third-party processors
We rely on trusted third parties to run Vidoro: Supabase for authentication and data storage, Kling AI for video generation (your prompts and any uploaded images are sent to Kling to produce your video), and payment processors for billing. Each of these providers processes your data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond to your request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
